AQPCI has the most modern and technically advanced facility for applying External / Internal FBE, high temperature phenolic and other coatings on pipe fittings, pipe spools etc. These are professionally applied by highly skilled personnel to very stringent standards. Girth weld coatings of pre-coated, prefabricated pipes and fittings are applied in the shop as well as at client job sites by specially trained people using specialized Robotic Crawlers.
The facility includes blasting operation with a full recovery system for abrasives. A conveyor oven with automatic speed control was installed in 1992 to process small diameter spools and fittings. Specialized large ovens with automatic temperature control systems are used for large diameter spools, fittings, pups, bends etc. AQPCI also offers industrial liquid coating and fusion bonded epoxy coating using conventional or airless spray equipment for all types of fabricated spools and fittings. Our facility provides in excess of 14,500 square feet (1,300 square meters) of enclosed space.
